This Japanese-origin massage is based on the principles of Chinese medicine. Although Shiatsu literally means “finger pressure”, the spirit of Shiatsu is one of communication through touch, active communication with the receiver. It is carried out through gentle pressures and stretches, mobilizations along the meridians. It is especially effective for:
